As a member of the company’s executive committee, Andrew has played a prominent role in establishing our long-term strategic direction and is helping position the company as a premier real estate services firm and a leader in the multifamily housing industry.

Dr. Leana Wen is an emergency physician and visiting professor of health policy and management at George Washington University's School of Public Health. Dr. Wen obtained her medical degree from Washington University School of Medicine and studied health policy at the University of Oxford, where she was a Rhodes Scholar. In her talk on wellness, Dr. Wen shares both her wisdom from her own experiences negotiating dual roles as mother/executive and her research on women, parents, and caregivers in the workplace to speak about work-life balance in a changing environment.
